Arrival at Thessaloniki or Athens airport, all participants travel by public transport or pre-booked transfer to the marina in Volos, located on the coast of Pagasitikos Gulf, between Athens and Thessaloniki.
Volos has many attractions, such as the Archaeological Museum, which is among the ten best in the world, and the Orthodox Church of Saints Constantine and Helena. A little east of Volos is the small hill of Goritsa.
At the top of this hill stands the Church of the Life-Giving Spring. From here, there is a magnificent view of the city and the port.
We board the yacht at around 5:00 p.m. The tour participants make a joint purchase of food, the captain conducts a safety briefing, and depending on the time, we either stay overnight in the marina or set sail for a night under the stars.

In the morning, we head towards the island of Skiathos, one of the islands of the Northern Sporades archipelago.
We make several stops along the way for swimming and head to the most beautiful beach and bay in the Mediterranean – Koukounaries. It is a wide sandy strip about 2 km long. The name of the beach translates as “Pine Cones” – a coniferous forest adjoins the beach from the land side.
You can also visit the center of Skiathos Island. The first thing you will see is the Church of St. Nicholas and the clock tower. It is clearly visible from anywhere in the city, and you can walk there directly from the waterfront. In the north of the island are the ruins of the ancient Kostrom Fortress.
The Evangelistria Monastery is the only monastery on the island that is open for daily visits. Pay attention to the shop at the monastery. Here you will find interesting copies of famous Athos icons, hand-painted by monks on olive tree bark. Such icons cost between 50 and 150 euros, depending on their size, but they make a worthy gift.
We will stay on this island for the night.

After breakfast, we continue our journey to the capital of Alonissos Island, Patitiri.
Here you will find picturesque streets with crystal white houses decorated with bright flowers, taverns, and souvenir shops. And also peace and quiet. Patitiri is home to the best hotels and architectural landmarks. If you want to learn about the history of Alonissos, we recommend visiting the museum in Patitiri.
It consists of a historical hall, a folklore museum, a pirate museum, and a camera museum. Those who wish can take a bus up into the mountains and visit Old Alonissos. We highly recommend renting a motor scooter (15 euros per day) and speeding along the coastal roads, which offer magnificent views.
In addition to Patitiri, it is worth visiting other traditional villages on the island: Alonissos Town, Steni Vala, and Votsi, all of which are within walking distance or a 3-5 euro taxi ride away. The nightlife on Alonissos cannot be compared to Mykonos, but there are plenty of cozy taverns, cafes, and bars that will keep you entertained after dark. Among those famous for their cuisine, To Kamaki is worth mentioning. If you like clubs, we recommend going to Enigma.
After walking around and having dinner, we will stop here for the night.

The next day, our journey continues to the islands of Peristera and Kyra Panagia.
Peristera is a small uninhabited island in the Northern Sporades archipelago, located east of the island of Alonissos. It was here that the first underwater museum, the “Parthenon of Shipwrecks,” was opened. This is the place where a ship carrying amphorae dating back to the fifth century BC sank at a depth of 21-28 meters. The merchant ship was found by fishermen in 1985.
It contains 3-4 thousand amphorae, which are still intact. The island has beautiful bays with sandy beaches and two natural harbors, Vasiliko and Peristeri.
Our next stop will be the island of Kyra Panagia, located in the Aegean Sea and part of the Northern Sporades archipelago. The island of Kyra Panagia is sometimes called Pelagos or Pelagonisos.
This is the name of the largest uninhabited island north of Alonissos. According to the 1991 census, only one person lived on the island, making it the least populated municipal area in Greece. According to the 2001 census, the population was 10 people. The island belongs to the Great Lavra of Mount Athos monastery.
On the eastern side of the island is the monastery of Kira Panagia, from which the island got its name. It was built in 1100 AD in the form of a small fortress (this was done to protect against pirate attacks). Kira Panagia has two natural harbors, Agios Petros and Planitis.
Overnight stay.

In the morning, we will sail around the island from the other side and stop for a swim in Planitis Bay.
Then we will head to Gerakas Beach, located in the north of Alonissos Island, next to the Alonissos National Marine Park with a small cave and a blue lagoon.

The next morning, we will travel to the central part of Alonissos Island with a stop at Paralia Agii Bay, and then we will head to the incredibly picturesque island of Skopelos.
It is best known for being the filming location of the movie “Mamma Mia.” The island’s capital is home to one of the most beautiful monasteries, “Zoodochos Pigi,” which is a classic monument of architecture in the national style.
Skopelos will appeal to lovers of hiking. There are at least two peaks on the island that every tourist should visit. Mount Palouki, 567 meters high, is quite accessible, offering a magnificent view from the top, and Mount Delphi, the highest on the island at 681 meters, but climbing it without a guide is not recommended.
Be sure to take a walk around the port area of the capital, where you can see colorful fishing boats that tourists love to take pictures of. The main attraction of Skopelos is the monastery of Agios Ioannis Prodromos, located on top of a steep cliff jutting out into the sea. You can climb to the top of the cliff via a steep staircase.
After a busy walk, we recommend eating at local taverns.
If you want to find a tavern that cooks according to traditional recipes, look for a place where most of the visitors are locals. If you want a quick bite to eat, look for souvlaki. It is similar to a local kebab.
Souvlaki is a kebab made of meat, seafood, or vegetables. Gyros is souvlaki in pita, a flat, round bread with vegetables, sauces, and French fries. To find delicious fish and seafood, sit down at a cafe on the waterfront, closer to the port.
For evening entertainment, check out the Mercurios bar, whose terrace offers a panoramic view of Skopelos Port, and the Ptharakia cocktail bar with a pool and an equally stunning panoramic view of Loutraki and the neighboring islands.
Accommodation.

A new day, new adventures.
We leave the town of Skopelos and stop for a swim and to explore the incredible Amarandos cave. Then we head towards the island of Trikeri, where we visit Chondri Ammos, a beautiful small beach located in a well-kept natural bay.
The water here is so blue and the landscape so peaceful that as soon as you discover Chondri Ammos, you will envy the residents who live in houses on the beach and can enjoy the area or fish in these waters all year round.
By 5 p.m., we must arrive at the Volos yacht marina, where a farewell evening and our last night aboard the yacht await us.

At 9:00 a.m., we disembarked from the yacht and headed to the airport with a bunch of unforgettable emotions, a phone full of beautiful photos, and a little sadness that our sea voyage had come to an end.
However, we look forward to seeing you on the next yacht tour!
The tour program is subject to change, and the sequence of locations along the route may vary at the captain’s discretion depending on weather conditions.

The tour program and the sequence of locations along the route may change at the captain's discretion in accordance with weather conditions and for the safety of the crew.
The tour will take place aboard the luxurious Lagoon 42 catamaran (2023).
Our catamaran has 4 comfortable double cabins for 8 people and 4 separate bathrooms (toilet/shower), a spacious lounge area and kitchen, and a huge sun deck.
The boat is equipped with air conditioning, a generator, an inverter, solar panels, and electric toilets.

Yes, of course. You have the opportunity to join a group tour and book a cabin for two people or one place in a double cabin based on gender. We have a lot of people who travel alone because it’s a great way to meet new cool people who are just as charged with adventure and unforgettable experiences.
If you are one of the first to book, then you have the opportunity to book the desired cabin for yourself. The rest of the cabins are distributed among the participants according to the order of booking.
All yachts rented by charter companies are insured.
The charter company needs to be sure that you will not damage the expensive yacht you have rented, and if you do, you will reimburse the cost of repairs. For this purpose, the team is charged a security deposit, which is refunded in full if the week has passed without any breakdowns. If you break any part of the yacht, equipment, or cause physical damage to the boat and are unable to fix it, the amount for repairs will be deducted from the deposit. The amount of the security deposit is always distributed equally among all team members on board.
99% of people on the planet feel motion sickness on the 1st day of boarding because the vestibular system of a healthy person has to adapt to new conditions. Throughout the week, you will feel comfortable and adapted to the waves because we create routes where the waters are predictable and calm. However, in case of client’s anxiety, we always recommend that you take anti-seasickness pills (dramamine) with you, just in case. In addition to the pills, our captains have several effective life hacks that work perfectly every time, so put aside all your worries and get ready for the trip.
Yes, of course you can. Each yacht has life jackets for swimming, and the skipper will take you to and from the shore by boat whenever you need it.
There are no age restrictions in our group yacht tours, the only exception is children under 5 years old. However, in individual tours, where you rent a yacht purely for yourself, children of any age can be present (our youngest guests on board were children aged 5 months).
There are groups where purely adult teams gather and separate family groups where parents with children from 5 years of age book seats.
Almost all Sparks Life routes are not far from the shore, and the phone confidently catches the connection and the Internet almost all the time. Also, almost every side of the yacht is additionally equipped with a WiFi router. Check the conditions with us in advance.
Sparks Life yacht tours are given to those who booked the fastest because the number of seats on board is always limited. These are always active and very interesting people, with different professions, prosthetics, and a common thirst for new adventures and emotions. The average age of the team is from 25 to 37 years. A week before the tour, we add all the participants to the team’s general chat, where they can get acquainted with the rest of the team and the captain.
Usually, our routes are designed so that we have the opportunity to moor every evening in the marinas of different cities and islands. But if you want a more wild and secluded vacation, you can stop in deserted bays for the night and enjoy the sea and nature around you, without any fuss. Every day we go along a planned route, where we make stops for swimming, riding on hoes/kayaks, diving with flippers and masks in the open sea. We arrive at a new bay in the afternoon, in the late afternoon, and go sightseeing. Every day we have a new city and very often a sightseeing program is planned on the shore (with free time). It can be scooter/bike riding, a city walk, wine tasting, or a reserved table at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Our tours always feature yachts no older than 5 years. Each yacht has 3 or 4 double cabins, a shower, and a toilet. A full kitchen. Additional refrigerator for sparkling wine. There is a place on board for sunbathing and parties at sunset, which allows you to fully enjoy the sails and the sea. And if you’re lucky enough to get to the destinations where Sparks Life organizes a catamaran tour, you will feel what a real luxury vacation is.
You can join us from any city. We will guide you to the place and time of gathering at the yacht marina. We can also help you find a convenient flight and organize a transfer from the airport to the yacht.
