Arrival at Athens airport, transfer to the yacht marina in Lavrion and check-in on the yacht at 16:00-17:00.
Next, we will meet the captain and go on a group trip to the supermarket to buy food.
Before departure, we will receive safety instructions from the skipper. Depending on the weather conditions and the wishes of the team, we will discuss the previously prepared route.
During the 7-day yoga tour, we will visit the most beautiful islands of the Saronic Gulf: Aegina, Moni, Poros, Hydra, Ermioni, and the volcanic island of Methana.
If you arrive in Lavrion ahead of time, we recommend visiting the ancient theater of Lavrion — a fantastic historical site located very close to the marina that will impress you with its unique architecture. There is also the Planet Blue diving center for lovers of the underwater world,
which will give you the opportunity to explore the surrounding corals and shipwrecks that lie in the deep waters of the Lavrion marina. The numerous restaurants in the area will impress you with their exceptional seafood dishes and well-trained staff. Among the most famous places in the city are To Steki tou Mina and Arte Italiana.

The day will begin with a morning transfer to the island of Aegina, usually the first or last stop on a cruise through the Saronic Gulf. You will immediately appreciate the local color and atmosphere—yachts and boats, old small churches, neat two-story houses, and endless beaches.
Aegina is a paradise in the Mediterranean. The main attraction of this island is the Temple of Aphaia, considered the best-preserved of all classical Greek temples. In the immediate vicinity of the city of Aegina, there is also the women’s monastery of St. Nectarios (Moni Agios Nectarios) – one of the most symbolic and spectacular sights, a place of pilgrimage and a place of power.
While spending your free time, we recommend buying local pistachios, which are grown on the island and are considered the best in Greece.
Right next to Aegina is the tiny island of Moni, which translates from Greek as “monastery.” The island is completely uninhabited, the only permanent residents of this protected corner are wild animals and birds (goats, deer, peacocks, etc.), which are so accustomed to tourists that they happily eat from your hands, so you can safely bring treats for them.
In the northern part of the island, in a small cozy bay where yachts usually moor, there is a sandy beach with two small taverns open during the season where you can have a snack and rent sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The island is especially popular with diving and fishing enthusiasts.
Those who enjoy long walks can take an exciting tour of the island and climb to its highest point, which offers magnificent panoramic views. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, bringing a hat to protect you from the scorching sun, and bringing plenty of drinking water.
The stunning beauty of the unspoiled landscapes of Mony Island, the crystal-clear coastal waters, and the feeling of complete unity with nature attract lovers of peace and solitude to the island.
It is the perfect place for evening yoga practice:

The day promises to be busy, so morning yoga will help you wake up and recharge your batteries.
Practice with an emphasis on the chest area
Savasana is a yoga asana used to completely relax the body and mind. It is performed lying on your back with your legs slightly apart and your arms loosely extended along your body with your palms facing up.
Yogis believe that 10 minutes of shavasana replaces 2 hours of full sleep.
We leave Moni Island and head to our next location, the Methana Peninsula — the history of the island begins many centuries before the dawn of civilization.
Today, Methana is famous primarily for its thermal springs, which are extremely beneficial for both physical and spiritual health. The volcanic spa resorts of Methana are considered to be among the largest and highest quality in Greece! A total of 32 active volcanoes have been recorded on the island, the last eruption of the largest of which occurred between 276 and 239 BC.
On the island, you can rent bicycles or quad bikes to see as many interesting places as possible. The peninsula is also famous for its many wild and equipped beaches, one of which we will visit – Vathi Beach. It is a great place for swimming, with a pebble promenade dotted with authentic taverns and restaurants where you can taste freshly caught fish and local seafood.
For those who prefer a more active and mountainous vacation, we recommend a short climb to the top of the Methana volcano (takes up to 1 hour, sneakers required). A walk through the pine forest will reveal a stunning view of the Saronic Gulf.
Evening practice and meditation.

Morning yoga as a guarantee of a successful and energetic day.
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep is a technique of conscious relaxation that removes tension and blockages in the body and mind, harmonizes the energy system, improves memory, awakens creativity, activates extrasensory abilities, and immerses the consciousness in a sattvic (harmonious) state.
Yoga nidra is beneficial for all populations, especially those who experience high levels of stress and are trying to let go of the situation, for people who suffer from sleep deprivation, trauma, and mental disorders such as anxiety and depression.
We are heading to the island of Poros, a small but very beautiful island with lush vegetation – pine forests, olive and lemon groves. Those who wish can take a walk around the central square – Platia Korizi, where the Poros Archaeological Museum, the only museum on the island, is located. It is open every day except Mondays, and admission is €2; opening hours are 09:00-15:00.
The main ancient monuments of Poros are the Temple of Poseidon and the royal tombs – the Magoula and Apafia mounds. The Temple of Poseidon is located on a hill near the ancient settlement of Kalavrias. Unfortunately, only the foundations of the temple and the adjacent sacred altars have survived to this day, but even so, the temple is one of the most visited ancient relics on the island.
You can come here any day from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., admission is free. You can also take a sea tram to the village of Galatos on the Peloponnese, a distance of 360 meters and a travel time of 5 minutes.
Evening practice and meditation.
Overnight stay at the marina.

Traditional morning yoga on the coast of Poros Island is a special kind of pleasure.
Some people wake up with the sun, while others like to sleep longer, so the practice is optional, with no obligations.
Our next location will be the island of Hydra, the most picturesque island in the Saronic Gulf. It is a very colorful place that makes you fall in love and leaves a mark on your heart. It is not quite a typical tourist destination. It is an island of artists and poets, once a hideout for pirates who hid their ships here.
For several decades, it has been considered a favorite vacation spot for world and Greek celebrities. The landscapes of Hydra attract filmmakers — it has been chosen for filming by British, American, and French directors.
Here you can feel the atmosphere of real Greece, and the only means of transport on Hydra are donkeys and water taxis. The island’s capital, Hydra, is built in an amphitheater around the island’s port.
The houses here are very beautiful—stone houses of captains—they are a real decoration of the island. At the top of Mount Eros, at an altitude of 500 m, stand the monastery of Prophet Elias and the women’s monastery of St. Eupraxia, which can be reached on foot or by donkey. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the entire island and the sea, where you can take some great photos as a souvenir.
We will spend the night on the neighboring island of Ermioni, not far from Hydra, and tomorrow we will have the opportunity to explore it in more detail.
Evening practice and meditation.
Free time for a walk.

Hermione Island is a small fishing town on the eastern coast of the Peloponnese. Built on the slopes of a hill around a beautiful harbor, this town has been reborn in recent decades, as many Athenians have vacation homes there.
The traditional architecture and natural beauty of Greece’s Ermioni attract many families looking for a peaceful vacation. Sandy beaches, cozy quiet coves, pine-covered coastlines, and several architectural monuments. The monastery of Agioi Anargyroi, the Venetian castle of Fermissias, and the Byzantine church of the Holy Trinity are all worth visiting.
The port’s waterfront is a peaceful place to stroll and enjoy a meal during your vacation.
A wonderful way to end the day is with an evening practice by the sea:
focus on the TBS (hip joints)
pranayama (breathing practice)
meditation to the sound of the sea
“Pranayama is a type of yoga that can help improve the functioning of the respiratory system and calm the mind. Anyone can practice pranayama, but it is often recommended for people who suffer from asthma or other breathing problems.”

Morning yoga and meditation
After a delicious breakfast, we set off on our route towards our final destination, the port of Lavrion. During the crossing, we will make stops for swimming, sunbathing, and water activities.
Dolphins are often encountered along this route, literally accompanying the yacht as it sails, and watching them in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience.
We arrive in Lavrion by 5:00 p.m. and plan a farewell dinner on the yacht or at one of the local restaurants in the evening.

During this seven-day yacht tour, you will have a unique opportunity to visit several historical sites in Greece.
You will see ancient and medieval monuments, visit local temples and museums, and enjoy the incredible Mediterranean nature.
We guarantee you an unforgettable experience!
You will be accompanied by a first-class instructor who will be happy to help you immerse yourself in this amazing world of Eastern practices, even if you have never done yoga before.
Each practice will be energetically charged and will balance your inner state. The instructor will pay attention to everyone and will conduct a detailed analysis of the asanas in each class to help you understand the process. Don’t worry, everything will be shown to you, so all you have to do is enjoy this tour.
The yoga tour on a yacht in Greece includes:
Hatha yoga (morning and evening practices)
Dynamic yoga
Energy practices
Original meditations
Relaxation to the sound of the waves.

The tour program and the sequence of locations along the route may change at the captain's discretion in accordance with weather conditions and for the safety of the crew.

Yes, of course. You have the opportunity to join a group tour and book a cabin for two people or one place in a double cabin based on gender. We have a lot of people who travel alone because it’s a great way to meet new cool people who are just as charged with adventure and unforgettable experiences.
If you are one of the first to book, then you have the opportunity to book the desired cabin for yourself. The rest of the cabins are distributed among the participants according to the order of booking.
All yachts rented by charter companies are insured.
The charter company needs to be sure that you will not damage the expensive yacht you have rented, and if you do, you will reimburse the cost of repairs. For this purpose, the team is charged a security deposit, which is refunded in full if the week has passed without any breakdowns. If you break any part of the yacht, equipment, or cause physical damage to the boat and are unable to fix it, the amount for repairs will be deducted from the deposit. The amount of the security deposit is always distributed equally among all team members on board.
99% of people on the planet feel motion sickness on the 1st day of boarding because the vestibular system of a healthy person has to adapt to new conditions. Throughout the week, you will feel comfortable and adapted to the waves because we create routes where the waters are predictable and calm. However, in case of client’s anxiety, we always recommend that you take anti-seasickness pills (dramamine) with you, just in case. In addition to the pills, our captains have several effective life hacks that work perfectly every time, so put aside all your worries and get ready for the trip.
Yes, of course you can. Each yacht has life jackets for swimming, and the skipper will take you to and from the shore by boat whenever you need it.
There are no age restrictions in our group yacht tours, the only exception is children under 5 years old. However, in individual tours, where you rent a yacht purely for yourself, children of any age can be present (our youngest guests on board were children aged 5 months).
There are groups where purely adult teams gather and separate family groups where parents with children from 5 years of age book seats.
Almost all Sparks Life routes are not far from the shore, and the phone confidently catches the connection and the Internet almost all the time. Also, almost every side of the yacht is additionally equipped with a WiFi router. Check the conditions with us in advance.
Sparks Life yacht tours are given to those who booked the fastest because the number of seats on board is always limited. These are always active and very interesting people, with different professions, prosthetics, and a common thirst for new adventures and emotions. The average age of the team is from 25 to 37 years. A week before the tour, we add all the participants to the team’s general chat, where they can get acquainted with the rest of the team and the captain.
Usually, our routes are designed so that we have the opportunity to moor every evening in the marinas of different cities and islands. But if you want a more wild and secluded vacation, you can stop in deserted bays for the night and enjoy the sea and nature around you, without any fuss. Every day we go along a planned route, where we make stops for swimming, riding on hoes/kayaks, diving with flippers and masks in the open sea. We arrive at a new bay in the afternoon, in the late afternoon, and go sightseeing. Every day we have a new city and very often a sightseeing program is planned on the shore (with free time). It can be scooter/bike riding, a city walk, wine tasting, or a reserved table at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Our tours always feature yachts no older than 5 years. Each yacht has 3 or 4 double cabins, a shower, and a toilet. A full kitchen. Additional refrigerator for sparkling wine. There is a place on board for sunbathing and parties at sunset, which allows you to fully enjoy the sails and the sea. And if you’re lucky enough to get to the destinations where Sparks Life organizes a catamaran tour, you will feel what a real luxury vacation is.
You can join us from any city. We will guide you to the place and time of gathering at the yacht marina. We can also help you find a convenient flight and organize a transfer from the airport to the yacht.
